Mix 2/3c cider vinegar, 2c sugar, 2T mustard seed, 1/4t tumeric, 1/4t celery seed, 1/4t cayenne, 1T garlic powder (or 1 clove chopped garlic.) Bring to a simmer that dissolves sugar, simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 lb. sliced jalapenos, simmer 5 min more. Put in jars, boil in hot water bath for 15 min. Devour.
